Welcome to summer at Oceanwood. We anticipate a great selling season in 2011 and hope you will make it a point to visit and discover for yourself why we think this is one of Maine’s most special opportunities.

Our new sales and welcome center will be opening as of Memorial Day. Not only will the welcome center have full information on Oceanwood, and our special cottage and home designs, but it will also be a great orientation destination for people unfamiliar with the magic of the Schoodic Peninsula. Details on nearby Schoodic Park, The Schoodic Education and Research Center, area galleries, golf, and restaurants will all be available.

Also opening on Memorial Day will be our model home on the Point. A traditional shingled cottage just steps from the water, we think you will find its casual comfort and superb views something special.

And don’t forget our BMW promotion. The usage is offered for the first sale of a direct oceanfront parcel this season. Qualifying lots include 112, 113, 114, 115 or 116. We plan to sell only a limited number of oceanfront parcels this season, so make sure and schedule your Buyer’s visits early. We look forward to your participation.
